Waist: 24 in, Hips: 36 in. A small fit just fine, the high waist had quite a bit of space but because I'm short it fit nicely folded down a bit. They did not dig into my thighs but they did roll up during squats.

Snow seamless shorts
These shorts have a good material with a very high waste. I just wish they came in an XS because they are a little big on me in certain areas.
