30-Days Return Warranty
1.We have a 30-days warranty for all items in our site from the date when the package was delivered to you.
2.The refund will be issued in 3 days due to the huge quality problem only in below cases,and the items are not required to ship to us

- fabric ripped
- any other huge quality problem
3.The refund will be issued in 7 days due to the light to medium quality problem in below cases after the returned parcel was delivered to us.
- color difference
- size fitting
- small stain
- compression
- see through
- you don't like
Return Shipping Cost
1.The 1st return in one order is free,you may need to help pay first and will be transfered by PAYPAL after the parcel is delivered
2.The 2nd return is on your cost
Shipping cost for returns is free on your 1st time for any order,and you are required to pay for the next return in same order
90-Days Delivery Warranty
The refund will be approved if the parcel is not delivered in 90 days from purchase day

1. Please send your return to the address we email to you rather than sender's address on your package. This is may not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
2. Please make sure you don't include non-NEPOAGYM items by accident in your return package. We are not responsible for sending back.
